A Case Report of Primary Aldosteronism

Abstract
|

|
A 40 years old man, he has complained of muscle weakness, polydypsia, polyuria, headache and hypertension.
Presacral air insuffulation with tomogram demonstrated the presence of a enlarged left sided suprarenal tumor, confirmed at operation and histologically proven to be adenoma.
I emphasized that the relief of hypertension of primary aldosteronism can -be accomplished frequently by surgical means.
